No organization can function without essential support behind the scenes.

Rhonda Serna joined Lee+ Associates in 2011, bringing 20 years of administrative experience to our organization. Prior to joining our team she was an Executive Assistant to three attorneys as well as the Executive Assistant/Office Manager for an Architecture & Interior Design firm.  Rhonda previously was the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at the HEB Corporate Office.  While at HEB, she managed the request and distribution of millions of dollars worth of checks and gift certificates to non-profit and civic organizations.

Rhonda has coordinated special events such as The HEB Feast of Sharing, Alamo & Main Plaza Christmas Tree Lightings, HEB Adopt-A-School, H-E-BOO Sugar Free Fright Fest, benefit races, walks, press conferences and more.

She manages all areas of the Lee+ Associate office operation and is a very effective troubleshooter in an environment that changes by the hour.  Rhonda has a cheery disposition and pleasant outlook on life bringing that extra special element to the work environment.

In her spare time she enjoys water coloring, gardening and road trips.  Rhonda and her husband, Guy, have been married 31 years and have two children.
